Remark: Level 2 in Liberal Studies achieved in previous sitting(s) will be considered in lieu of Citizenship and Social Development. Other Language subjects will be used as unspecified elective subjects. Please refer to hku.hk/dse for the minimum requirement. Candidates applying for admission to the BSc(I&T) programme are required to attend an individual interview in order to evaluate their suitability for the programme. The individual interview will focus on evaluating the candidate’s aptitude for working on innovation projects, including their creativity, analytical ability, initiation, and sociability. Candidates are encouraged to prepare a short presentation of projects that they have taken part in the past for the interview. Details about the application interview will be posted on the programme website. Level 3 or above in Mathematics (Extended Module 1 or Module 2) is preferred (but not required). The calculation of programme score considers category A subjects and M1/M2 only. Please refer to hku.hk/dse for details. The result(s) of Liberal Studies, Combined Science and Integrated Science achieved in previous sitting(s) will also be considered.
