Official Entrance Requirements Notes
Candidates are strongly advised to write their personal statement in English in the "Additional Information" of their JUPAS application. Candidates are encouraged to explain their interest in language and education providing details about their other learning experiences or extra-curricular activities relevant to these areas. Supporting documents should be uploaded to the appropriate sections of OEA or SLP. The calculation of programme score considers category A subjects and may include Mathematics Extended Module 1 or 2 or category C subject whichever is higher. Please refer to hku.hk/dse for details. The result(s) of Liberal Studies, Combined Science and Integrated Science achieved in previous sitting(s) will also be considered.

Flexible Admissions
港大嘅彈性收生適用於所有本科課程：中文、英文或兩科選修其中一科未達 Level 3，但其他科目成績好、而失手科目仍有 Level 2 或以上，都仲有機會。不過按課程計分公式計出嘅總分會扣 10%，考生要將該課程放喺 Band A、通過面試，並符合課程其他入學要求。
