Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’. * Preferred subject: Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Combined Science with Chemistry Applicants are expected to possess foundational scientific knowledge. Preference will be given to applicants who have obtained: Level 2 or above in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Combined Science with Chemistry in HKDSE Applicants should have normal colour vision, as this is typically required for employment in local medical laboratories. Applicants should be prepared to handle human samples, tissues and body fluids. Students with HKDSE English Language results below Level 3 are required to complete non-credit bearing English enhancement course(s) in the first year of study.
