Official Entrance Requirements Notes
Applicants with previous HKDSE subject result of A040 ‘Liberal Studies’ will be used as the alternative of the core subject requirement of A045 ‘Citizenship and Social Development’. Preference will be given to applicants who have obtained: Level 4 or above in English Language in HKDSE. Level 3 or above in Biology or Combined Science with Biology* in HKDSE. Students with HKDSE English Language results below Level 3 are required to complete non-credit bearing English enhancement course(s) in the first year of study. * For applicants with 2012-2023 HKDSE subject results
